2. Be sure to clear the memory of your cell phone before the class, otherwise it will affect the effect of listening to the class;
3. Don't touch the cool water again within 30 minutes after the internal training.
4. In the evening, wash up in advance and lie flat (without a pillow), turn off the lights and open the course to turn off the cell phone screen.
